FAQ
Which package should I choose?
Brand Launch Kit fits most new businesses: logo, guide, business card and social set. Choose Complete Brand System if you want every piece ready at once. Already have a logo you like? Brand Check + Guide is for you. Not sure? Message me and I will point you to the right one.
What do you need from me to start?
Just the 5-Minute Brand Brief you see after ordering: your business name, what you do, who your customers are and the style you like. No long writing needed. If you have examples you love, add them. That is all.
What is the Brand Direction Board?
Before I design, I send a board showing the style direction: colours, font feel and mood. You approve it or adjust it. This way the concepts match what you want from the first round, and you avoid endless back and forth.
What is the Fresh Start Promise?
If none of the first concepts feel right after the Direction Board, I design one completely new round from scratch at no extra cost. You do not pay again because the first ideas missed.
Will my logo be original?
Yes. Every logo is designed from scratch for your business. No templates, no stock logos, no copies of other brands. If you prefer no AI tools used at any stage, tell me in the brief and I will follow that.
What files will I get?
Logo files in AI, EPS, SVG, PDF, PNG (transparent) and JPG, in colour, black and white. Print files in CMYK and screen files in RGB, sorted into clear folders. Your brand guide comes as a PDF. Source files are included in every package.
Do I own the final design?
Yes. Once the order is complete, you get full ownership of the final design and can use it anywhere for your business. I only show work in my portfolio with your permission.
Can you redesign my existing logo?
Yes. Order the Brand Launch Kit or Complete Brand System and tell me in the brief that it is a redesign. Share your current logo and what you want to change or keep.
What is the 30-Day Aftercare?
For 30 days after delivery, I fix small things for free through Fiverr messages: a colour tweak, a text change, a resized file. New designs or new items are ordered as extras.
Do you register trademarks?
No. I design your brand, but trademark registration is a legal process I do not offer. For that, please speak with a trademark lawyer in your country.
