FAQ
What do you need to set up my appointment booking system?
I need your chosen platform, appointment types, durations, working hours, time zone, brand details and website link. Grant access using the platform’s secure collaborator or team permissions; do not send passwords.
Can you add Calendly or Acuity to my Squarespace site?
Yes, I can add an eligible booking link, button or embedded scheduler to one existing Squarespace page. Calendly code embeds may require a qualifying Squarespace plan. We will confirm compatibility first.
Are reminders, payments and subscriptions included?
Premium includes one email reminder setup only if your plan supports it. Payment processor setup, subscriptions, SMS, advanced team routing and paid platform fees are not included unless quoted separately.
