Your extension used to work. Then Chrome killed Manifest V2, or an API changed, or a store review rejected it. Now it either does nothing, or it is gone from the store.
I have shipped and maintained a Manifest V3 extension myself. It captures console errors, network requests and DOM state for bug reports, so I have been through service workers, the permissions model and store review with my own product.
WHAT I FIX
Extensions dead after the Manifest V2 shutdown, background pages that must become service workers, broken content scripts, permissions that now get rejected, storage that stopped persisting, features that silently stopped firing.

My extension is still on Manifest V2. Is it dead?
In practice yes. Chrome has switched Manifest V2 off, so the fix is a migration rather than a patch. Send it over and I will tell you how big a job it is before you order anything.
Do you need my source code?
Ideally yes. If you have lost it I can work from the packed extension, but that is slower and I will say so up front rather than surprise you with it halfway through.
Can you get it back into the Chrome Web Store?
I fix the code and the manifest, prepare the zip, and sort the privacy policy and permission justifications. The submission goes through your own developer account, and Google decides the timeline, not me.
What if you cannot fix it?
Then I refund you. I would rather give the money back than bill you for a week of guessing. Message me the extension before you order and I will usually know within a day whether I can help.
