Should I contact you before ordering?
Yes. Please send the visible problem, expected result, exact error, Laravel/PHP versions, hosting type, and any recent changes. I will confirm whether a package fits or a custom offer is safer.
What counts as one minor bug?
One minor bug is one clearly identified, reproducible malfunction with one expected result, such as a form returning a 419 error. Unrelated symptoms, new behavior, or a different root cause count as separate work.
Can you fix PHP/Laravel errors, including 419 errors?

I can troubleshoot agreed Laravel deployment, environment, cache, storage, permissions or hosting configuration issues. Scope depends on the host and access available. Server migrations and ongoing administration are not automatically included.
What source-code and server access will you need?
Usually I need the relevant project files or repository access. Deployment/server issues may also need temporary hosting, SSH, control-panel, database, DNS, or test-login access. Please use temporary least-privilege credentials when possible.
Do I need a backup before you start?
Yes, keep a current, restorable backup of code, database, and relevant server configuration before production changes. Please confirm its status in the requirements; I can advise what should be included but cannot guarantee your backup system.
What do revisions and testing include?
I test the agreed affected workflow and provide the result. A revision corrects my delivered work for the same agreed expected outcome; it does not cover new features, changed requirements, unrelated bugs, upgrades, or rebuilding.
Are new features or major repairs included?
New features, rebuilds, major upgrades, data recovery and malware/security incidents are excluded. If the request needs a larger change, I will explain the scope and provide a separate quote before additional work.
Will my code and credentials be kept confidential?
I will use access only for the agreed Fiverr order and avoid including private data in public examples. Please do not send permanent credentials unnecessarily; use temporary access, remove it after delivery, and rotate passwords and keys.
