What type of logo file do you need to start the project?
For all packages, a clean vector file (AI, EPS, or SVG) or a very large, high-resolution transparent PNG is mandatory. This ensures the 3D model edges are perfectly smooth.
What if I only have a low-resolution JPG or blurry file?
I specialize in animation, but since I have professional design tools (Illustrator), I can clean up and recreate your logo as a vector file for a small additional fee $20. This must be purchased separately before the animation begins.
What does a revision cover?
Revisions cover adjustments to the animation timing, final color grading, or light intensity. They do not cover a complete redesign of the initial logo model or text (as these were approved at the start).
Can I get a 1080p video without the sound design?
Yes, absolutely. You still receive the full 1080p quality and commercial rights. Purchase the Standard Package normally, and clearly note "NO AUDIO REQUIRED" in the order requirements. I will then send a quick $5 refund/discount to your order immediately after purchase.
