If you want 3D mockup of the sign it can be done and cost depends on the type or the shape.

1) Size of the sign / banner (W x H in) kindly mention what is width 

2) Your logo - ONLY VECOTR (Ai, PDF, EPS)

3) All the text contents as any editable format which can be copy and pasted

4) Small description of the project / service 

5) High res images (300DPI) (if you want to remove the background of the image it's subject to charged)
