Do you need access to my developer account?
Not for the fix itself. For resubmission I either guide you step by step, or you invite me to App Store Connect with a limited role.
Can you guarantee my app will be approved?
No one honestly can, Apple has the final say. What I can do is remove the reason they gave you and answer them properly. My own app was approved after three rejections.
