My name is Nikita Kuzminov,, I am 18 years old, and I was born in Lithuania. I have been playing ice hockey since I was 4 years old. Since then I got entertained by it and I am still playing it in Sweden. The life of an athlete has not only brought activity in my life but also learned me how to be disciplined, focused, motivated. Hockey helped me get better at other sports, opened new opportunities such as gym, meditation, visualization, and proper nutrition. My goal is to help people become the better version of themselves.
