If you've got a spreadsheet to tidy up, information to track down, or a document that needs some attention, I can help.
I handle one-off admin projects for small businesses and independent professionals.
For the Small Admin Project, choose ONE:
- Clean up one supplied spreadsheet table, up to 100 rows and 8 columns
- Format one supplied document, up to 5 pages
- Research up to 5 options, with 3 agreed facts per option and source links
Spreadsheet work includes consistent formatting and agreed duplicate checks. Document work covers existing text, headings, spacing, and layout. Research uses publicly available sources.
You'll receive the finished file and a short note explaining what was completed or needs your attention.
Please message me before ordering with a sample and the result you need. We'll confirm the scope, file format, and deadline first. Larger projects can be quoted separately.

What can I order through this gig?
A small spreadsheet cleanup, document formatting task, or online research project. The package covers one of these, with the limits listed in the description. Send me a sample if you're unsure where your project fits.
Does one order include all three types of work?
No. Each order covers one project: a spreadsheet, a document, or a research task. If you need a combination, send me the details and I can quote it separately.
Can you help with a larger project?
Yes, if it's something I can take on. Send the files or a representative sample, the result you need, and your deadline. I'll review the scope before suggesting a custom offer.
What should I send before ordering?
Send a sample of the file or a short research brief, along with the result you want and your preferred file format. For spreadsheets, include the approximate number of rows and columns. For documents, include the page count.
What does a revision cover?
One round of changes within the original brief. Please send your feedback together so I can work through it in one pass. New files, extra research, or a different task would need a separate quote. If I've missed something we agreed on, I'll correct it.
Do you build advanced spreadsheets or automations?
This gig covers practical data organization and basic formatting. It doesn't include macros, scripts, complex formulas, dashboards, or system integrations. Send a sample first if your file has existing formulas or a more involved structure.
How do you handle research that isn't publicly available?
I use public sources and include links so you can check the information. If a requested detail isn't available, I'll mark it clearly. I won't fill gaps with guesses. Paywalled research, contacting businesses, and creating accounts are outside this package.
Can I hire you for repeat projects?
Yes. I'm happy to help with repeat projects when the scope and timing work. Each order should have a clear task and deadline. For scheduled guest or customer support, please see my other gig.
