Gig Summary
About this gig
Original piano music can make your project feel personal, emotional and memorable in a way generic stock music often cannot.
I will compose a beautiful emotional and relaxing piano piece written specifically for your project, story or idea. It can work for a video, film, podcast, gift, memorial, wedding, meditation, sleep track, game, personal message, documentary, brand story or any moment that needs warmth and intimacy.
My style is melodic, cinematic, gentle and expressive. I focus on simple but meaningful piano themes that support the emotion without becoming too loud, busy or distracting.
Im Karim, a pianist and composer based in London. I studied Classical Composition in Bern, then specialised in Screen Composition in London. I now work professionally in film and TV music, but I have always loved the honest and intimate sound of solo piano.
You will receive an original piano track, mixed and mastered, delivered as a high-quality WAV file or another format if requested.
The music can be peaceful, nostalgic, romantic, hopeful, sad, delicate, dreamy or cinematic.
Please message me before ordering if you need exclusive rights, a longer piece, close video sync or a custom package.

Hi, I'm Karim, Swiss-British composer and pianist based in London.
I write original music for film, TV, games and adverts. I also clean up and restore audio in iZotope RX, so problem recordings sound clear again.
I trained at the Royal College of Music (Master's in Screen Composition) and the University of the Arts, Bern. I'm Composer Assistant and Music Editor on the BBC series Call the Midwife.
Need music written or a recording cleaned up? Send me a message and tell me what you're after.

FAQ
What kind of piano music do you compose?
Emotional, relaxing and cinematic piano music. It can be peaceful, nostalgic, romantic, hopeful, sad, delicate or dreamy, depending on your project.
Can I use the music commercially?
Yes. Commercial use is included, so you can use the track in videos, podcasts, games, films, brand projects or other monetised content.
Is the music original?
Yes. I compose an original piano piece for your project. If you need exclusive rights so the piece is never reused or resold, please add the exclusive rights extra.
What do I receive?
You will receive a mixed and mastered piano track, usually as a high-quality WAV file. I can also deliver another format if requested.
Can you compose to my video?
I can compose music inspired by your video, story or mood. Detailed video sync or frame-accurate scoring is not included by default, so please message me first if you need that.
Can I send references?
Yes. You can send reference tracks, mood words, a video, images, a story, or any emotional direction that helps me understand the feeling you want.
Do you provide stems or sheet music?
Not by default. This gig is for a finished piano track. Please message me first if you need stems, MIDI or sheet music.
