I will extract structured data from sales inquiries with ai

Customer inquiries come in as long emails, chat messages and form notes, and someone has to read every one to find what matters.

I set up an AI extraction step that reads each inquiry and pulls out the key details, such as customer, product, specs, quantity, budget and deadline, into a structured table. Anything unclear is flagged "to confirm" so a person can review it before it moves on.

This comes from my AI Sales Workspace, which uses the same extraction to feed quoting, case matching and follow-up.
