What IS and ISN'T included in the service?
I will provide you with: a .zip archive with all the necessary files to make the bot work; a guide to setup your bot through BotFather; free support (i.e. answering technical questions and bug fixing). I won't provide you with: hosting; free upgrades.
How do I know for sure that the .zip achive you sent is safe?
Upon delivery, I'll send you a link to the VirusTotal report on the archive, so that you can check for yourself: trust, transparency and reliability are key values of my job.
What if I want my bot to be updated with new features?
You'll have to place a new order: contact me privately, so that I can provide you with a custom offer.
What is a conversation step?
A conversation step is an interaction, which corresponds to: a message; a command (a message starting with a /); a button; an inline request. Let's take an example: if a bot has an inline keyboard with 3 buttons and 2 commands, then it has a total of 5 interactions, i.e. 5 conversation steps.
What if I need more than 30 conversation steps?

What if the bot doesn't work in my group?
Make sure to have added it as administrator. If it still doesn't work, contact me privately.
What if I can't add the bot to my channel?
Make sure to: be a channel administrator; add it as an administrator and not as a subscriber.
Are there any limits to what my bot can do? Is it possible to bypass them?
Yes, there are. Here are some examples: it can't download a file larger than 20 MB; it can't upload a file larger than 50 MB; it can't add users to a group/channel. In order to bypass them, you'll need an userbot: check my Gig "I will develop a Telegram userbot with python" for those.
Can you do web scraping?
Yes, I can, as long as it's possible (i.e. it doesn't break the TOS of the target).
Do you develop AI-powered bots?
No, I don't. My bots are based on predefined replies according to the context.
