FAQ
What counts as one "issue"?
One reproducible problem with one root cause, usually about 2 hours of work or less. A blank screen after login is one issue. A new feature is not an issue and needs a custom offer. Not sure how many you have? Message me before ordering and I'll count them.
Will fixing one thing break something else?
I work on a separate branch, back up the database before any schema or RLS change, and test the main flows before delivery. You get a change report and a test checklist. If one of my fixes breaks something, I fix it as part of your included revisions.
Do I need to share my password or API keys?
No. I work through invites: GitHub collaborator, Supabase or Vercel team member, or a Lovable/Bolt project share. You enter secret keys in your hosting settings yourself. If a key is ever shared with me, I'll ask you to replace (rotate) it after delivery.
Can you check my app's security (Supabase RLS, exposed keys)?
Yes. Standard includes a checklist: RLS on each table, keys exposed in the frontend, public storage buckets. Premium and the Supabase RLS audit extra add a full written audit plus RLS policy fixes. The report covers these items only. It is not a formal certification and can't rule out every risk.
Can I move my app out of Lovable or Bolt to my own accounts?
Yes, as a custom offer. I move the code to your GitHub, deploy it on your own Vercel or Netlify, and point it at a Supabase project you own. The code and data are yours, and the handoff notes list every account and setting you now control.
How fast is delivery, and what if you can't fix it?
Basic is delivered in 1 day. I work on Korean time (KST), so a US evening order is usually done by your morning. If an issue is out of scope or can't be fixed, I tell you before I start, or right away if I find out mid-work. Then we agree on a custom offer or a cancellation.
Do you offer ongoing maintenance after delivery?
Yes. After delivery I can send a monthly care plan as a Fiverr custom offer: up to 4 small fixes a month, dependency and security updates, uptime checks and a short monthly report. No subscription is needed to order this gig.
Do you use AI tools?
Yes. I use modern AI coding tools to work faster, then apply 13+ years of engineering judgment: I read the code, find the root cause, test the fix and write up every change. The tools speed me up; I decide what ships.
Can we talk on a call?
I prefer to work in writing through Fiverr chat. Written updates keep the scope clear and give you a record of every decision. Screenshots and short screen recordings are very welcome.
