Which package should I choose?
Basic suits one file or spreadsheet task with one input format and one output. Standard connects up to 2 tools in a workflow of up to 3 steps. Premium supports up to 3 tools and 6 steps, plus logs, retries and alerts. Complexity and data volume are agreed before ordering.
What counts as a workflow step or a connected tool?
A step is one agreed action, such as reading a file, transforming its data or creating a record. A tool is one app or service account. Each package covers one defined process; separate processes, complex branches or extra integrations need an agreed extension.
Do I need to know Python or install anything?
No coding knowledge is needed. I include setup on one agreed computer or server and clear instructions to run the script. I will confirm your operating system and any required software first. A custom dashboard or desktop interface is a separate feature.
Can the automation run automatically on a schedule?
Yes. Standard and Premium include scheduling on the agreed environment. The computer or server must be running when the job runs. I will explain the hosting options and any ongoing costs before we start. Basic is a script you run when needed.
Which tools and APIs can you connect?
I can connect services that provide suitable, documented API access. Share the tool names, the exact action needed and any API documentation. I will check access, limits and feasibility first. Your paid accounts, API usage and hosting costs are separate.
Will I receive the source files and setup guide?
Yes. Every package includes the source files, a tested script, setup on one agreed environment and run instructions. We test the agreed process using suitable sample data, and I explain the inputs, outputs and any limits before handover.
What do revisions and after-delivery support include?
Revisions cover feedback within the agreed process: 2 rounds in Basic, 3 in Standard and 4 in Premium. All packages include 14 days of support for bugs in the delivered work. Changes to third-party services, new data formats and new features are quoted separately.
Can you improve an existing automation or expand it later?
Yes. Send the current script and explain what needs to change. I will confirm the scope before you order. Extra steps within the same connected tools can use the workflow-step extra after review. Additional systems or separate workflows need a custom quote.
