Do I need to contact you before ordering?
It is recommended. Send the current store or concept, product count, required pages, theme, apps, content status, references, and target launch date.
Do you provide a premium Shopify theme?
Standard and Premium packages include a custom-coded Shopify theme, built and tailored specifically for your store and brand.
Do you write product descriptions or create branding?
Not in the standard packages. Final text, logo, product images, prices, legal content, and brand assets are buyer responsibilities unless a custom offer states otherwise.
Will you copy another store exactly?
Reference sites can communicate layout or feature preferences, but the final work will be tailored to your needs, as specified as needed.
How many products are included?
The package table sets the exact product-entry limit. Variants, complex options, subscriptions, bundles, or custom data may require separate scope.
Are apps and subscriptions included?
Configuration of a limited number of supported apps may be included; app fees and subscriptions are paid by the buyer.
Can you redesign my live store without interrupting sales?
I normally prepare changes in a duplicate or unpublished theme and coordinate publication after review. Some app or settings changes may affect the live store and will be discussed first.
Do you guarantee sales or a conversion rate?

What is a revision?
A revision adjusts the delivered design or implementation within the approved brief. A new page, feature, reference direction, product set, or app is a change request.
Will I be able to edit the store?
Yes, where the selected theme and custom scope allow it. I prioritize reusable theme sections and provide package-appropriate handover guidance.
