What type of file do I need to send you?
Please send your final, fully edited manuscript in a Word document format (.doc or .docx). If you have specific images to include, please send them in high resolution (300 DPI, JPG or PNG).
Will my files be accepted by Amazon KDP or IngramSpark?
Yes, absolutely. I format the print-ready PDFs with the exact margins, bleeds, and gutter calculations required by Amazon KDP and IngramSpark. The EPUB files are also fully validated and responsive for all digital platforms (Kindle, Apple Books, Kobo, etc.).
Do you proofread or edit the book during the formatting process?
While I am happy to make simple, minor text corrections if you spot a typo during our revision process, I do not offer full proofreading or comprehensive line-editing for the entire manuscript. Please ensure your text is fully edited and finalized before placing the order!
Do you format books in languages other than English?
