What kind of logo design is included in the packages?
I specialize in professional Typography and Icon-based logos. This means I will create a beautiful brand identity using high-quality fonts and graphic elements that match your shop’s style. Please note that my service does not include custom hand-drawn illustrations or detailed character drawings.
Do I need a paid Canva subscription?
No, a FREE account is enough! I use free elements so you can edit Templates/Source Files easily. If a "Pro" element is needed, I’ll ask your approval first, as it requires a paid sub to edit/download without watermarks.
What if I already have a logo?
That's great! I can use your existing logo, provided you have it in a high-quality format (like PNG with transparent background, SVG, or PDF). This ensures your branding looks sharp and professional across all your new designs.
How long does the branding process take?
It depends on your package! The Basic package takes only 2 days. For more detailed branding (Standard/Premium), it takes 3-5 days. This ensures I have enough time to research your niche and create a unique look. Need it faster? Check out my "Extra Fast Delivery" options!
What if the graphics don’t fit my shop perfectly when I upload them?
No worries! I use Etsy's official sizes. If something looks off after you upload it, just let me know. I will adjust the files for you as part of the revisions included in your package to ensure your shop looks professional and perfect!
What happens if I want to change something in the design
Every package includes a set number of revisions to ensure you're happy. If you need additional changes after using all your revisions, you can easily purchase an "Additional Revision" as an extra. We’ll keep communicating to make sure the final result is perfect!
What is included in the "Additional image" extra?
This extra is for one specific, high-quality graphic beyond your package. I will design 1 additional item—like a holiday banner or a custom listing image—based on your existing brand style.
What format will I receive my files in?
You will receive high-resolution PNG and JPG files, perfectly sized for Etsy. If your package includes templates or source files, you will receive a PDF with direct links to your editable Canva designs.
