Documents and files can be items such as invoices, sales leads or files of addresses.  These documents and files can be sorted and organized in whatever format best suits your business needs. 

The data can also be extracted from your incoming document or file and be used to update databases or provided back to you in other formats such as a comma delimited (CSV) file.
