Let me introduce myself: I'm Alessia, I am 22 years old and, although my education is now complete, I never stop studying for my dream profession. I have a three-year degree and a proofreading certification, final note 90/100, attended at the most prestigious italian school in the publishing sector: the Diego di Dio Writing School. I also collaborate with the STWGames Italia editorial team to correct and format their articles. But fear not: Italian is not my only language. I've been studying English since elementary school, attended a language high school, and passed the B2 First Certificate in English with top marks!

What kind of text do you proofread and edit?
My training has made me strong on short stories and novels; if you have a different type of text, please contact me; we can discuss it!
How did you set the prices?
They are based on a minimum price for a standard manuscript page, which is 1,800 characters long including spaces, or approximately 285 words. A draft correction for three standard manuscript pages will be the base price ($5) multiplied by three.
Do you use AI?
Absolutely not: I'm radically opposed to the use of AI in the creative field and I firmly believe in human creativity.
In what format should the text be sent?
The allowed formats are.doc and.docx, allowing me to use Word's Revisions tool to provide corrections, comments, and suggestions.
Do I retain copyright on what I send you?
Absolutely yes! The text you send me will always remain 100% confidential and will never be sent to third parties.
