How is this different from uploading files to ChatGPT?
Citations and honesty. Every answer links to the passage it came from, so you can verify it, and it refuses to answer when your documents don't cover the question.
What file types work?
PDF, Word, plain text and Markdown. Scanned documents need OCR first — tell me before ordering and I'll advise.
How many documents can it handle?
Basic covers 25. Standard and Premium are unlimited — the practical limit is your storage, not the system.
Can it run without sending my data to OpenAI/Deepseek?
Yes. Premium can run entirely on your own server with a local model, which is the usual requirement for legal, medical and financial documents.
Do I need technical knowledge to run it?
No. It deploys to your own accounts and your team adds documents through an upload page. You get a walkthrough on handover.
