FAQ
What information do I need to provide to start?
A sketch, photo, reference file, or a clear description of your part with approximate dimensions. The more detail you share upfront, the faster I can deliver accurate results.
Which file formats will I receive?
By default: STEP, IGES, STL, DXF, and the native file (SLDPRT, CATPART, or F3D, depending on the software used). Additional formats available on request.
Can you work from a physical part or a hand-drawn sketch?
Yes — reverse engineering from photos, hand sketches, or physical measurements is one of my specialties. Just share clear images from multiple angles.
Are your models ready for 3D printing or CNC machining?
Yes. All models are checked for watertight geometry (3D printing) or proper tolerances and surface finish notes (CNC). I also add manufacturing notes on technical drawings.
What if I need changes after delivery?
Revisions are included in every package (1 / 3 / unlimited). Beyond that, additional revision rounds can be ordered. I also offer post-delivery support for 48h (Standard) and 7 days (Premium).
