What do you need to get started?
Please provide your product photos, logo, final ad text, prices, preferred image sizes and any brand colors or design references. Only send content you own or have permission to use.
Will you run or publish my ads?
No. This service covers static image design only. Campaign setup, ad spending, targeting, publishing and account management are not included.
What files will I receive?
You will receive JPG or PNG images in the sizes agreed for your package. Editable source files and templates are not included.
What does a second size mean?
It is the same design adapted to another agreed size, such as a square post and a vertical story. It is not a new design concept.
What counts as a revision?
Revisions cover adjustments to the agreed design, such as colors, text placement or layout. A new product, concept or brief requires a separate quotation. My errors will be corrected without using your revision allowance.
Can you design in English and Sinhala?
Yes. Please provide the final, checked text in English or Sinhala. Translation and copywriting are not included.
Do you use AI tools?
AI-assisted visual elements may be used where suitable. Please tell me before ordering if you have restrictions. Product photos will not be intentionally changed to misrepresent the item.
Do you guarantee sales or ad approval?
No. I provide the agreed image designs. Sales results and platform approval depend on factors beyond the design and cannot be guaranteed.
