No, I do 100% manual transcription. I listen to the audio carefully and type it out myself to ensure maximum accuracy and correct context.
Can you transcribe audio with background noise?
It depends on how heavy the noise is. Please send me a message with the file before ordering so I can check if it is clear enough to transcribe accurately.
Do you provide timestamps?
Yes! I can add timestamps to your text for an additional gig extra. Just select the "Time Reference" option when placing your order.
In what format will I receive my transcript?
I usually deliver the final text in an editable Microsoft Word document (.docx) and a PDF file.
