How is remote support provided?
Support is provided through a voice session and a temporary remote desktop connection. Video is not required. You remain present throughout the session and can end the remote connection at any time. No permanent or unattended access is required.

Yes. I can review your existing hardware and environment, identify practical reuse options and recommend sensible upgrades or improvements.
What is included in a revision?
One revision includes a brief follow-up or answers to minor questions related to the original order, for up to 10 minutes. It does not include additional troubleshooting, configuration changes, new topics or another remote support session. Further work requires additional booked time.
