What do I need to provide?
Your website link, your services and service area, your opening hours and the questions customers usually ask. I also need access to add the chat to your website, or I send you a short code to paste.
Is there a monthly cost?
Yes, a small one. The AI is paid per use, usually a few euros a month for a small business, and the chatbot needs an n8n server to run. I explain both costs before you order.
What happens if the chatbot gives a wrong answer?
It is set up to answer only with the information we agree on. AI can still make mistakes, so I test the common questions before delivery. When it is not sure, it asks for the visitor's contact so your team can reply. Revisions are included.
