What do I need to get started?
Let's have a chat if you have any questions. When placing an order, I will need your data and a description of your dashboard needs. Optionally, any relevant documentation you can throw my way and an example of the style you want your dashboard to convey if you have it.
I am a bit unsure about my needs?
No problem! I am very experienced in consulting businesses, small or large, about their needs and potential for data-driven decisions, including assessing data quality. We can have an initial chat about your needs - free of charge.
Why can't I see technical specifications of your services?
SQL, ETL (or ELT), GIS, API, JSON, CSV, DM, DAX, AI, ML... you're already bored and confused, right? It is my job to deliver insights and make it as simple as possible for you. I can handle most advanced tasks and data in general. Just ask if you're in doubt!
Can you help me clean and model my data?
Basically, I can help you with anything related to your data. Just contact me before placing an order, if you're unsure which package will cover your needs.
Why don't you provide more examples of your work given your experience?
Most of the large projects I have worked on are subject to confidentiality agreements. As such, I unfortunately can't share them, but you can of course expect the same confidentiality the other way around.
What if my data is confidential?
No problem. You can just provide a dummy dataset with the same structure as your real data. I can help you do this too. On top of that, I am used to working within the confines of GDPR in the EU, which means I can also help you anonymize the data.
Why is your delivery time 14 days or more?
The best results come from an iterative process, where we exchange feedback frequently. I always accommodate this in my delivery time, although this may be faster if you are available to provide feedback.
Why don't you offer additional revisions or faster delivery?
I am very flexible with revisions. However, it really is not my aim to waste your time with a lot of revisions. I'd much rather take time to understand your needs and get input from you properly! And I deliver as fast as I can, free of charge!
