Do I need to pay for hosting separately?
No. Hosting is included free for the period shown in your package (1 month for Basic, 3 months for Standard and Premium). Your bot runs on my dedicated enterprise VPS server — it never sleeps and has 24/7 uptime. After the free period, I offer an affordable monthly maintenance plan.
Do I need to know coding to use this bot?
No coding required at all. I handle the technical setup completely. For Standard and Premium plans, you can edit your services, FAQs, and contact information directly from your Telegram app using the Admin Panel — no files, no code, no server access needed.
What do I need to provide to get started?
Just three things: (1) your Telegram Bot Token from @BotFather, (2) your Telegram user ID from @userinfobot, and (3) your business details (name, phone, email, website). I handle everything else. Full instructions are in the order requirements form.
Can I use this bot for my language (Arabic, Spanish, etc.)?
