Which Circle plan do I need?
It depends on whether you need courses, paid tiers, a custom domain or workflows. I'll review your offer and name the lowest plan that covers it, so you don't pay for features you won't touch. The account and billing stay yours.
Do you create my course content?
No. I build the structure and upload what you send: videos, PDFs, worksheets, lesson titles. I handle modules, drip timing and access rules. If content isn't ready, I'll build the framework so you can add it later.
Can you connect my community to my existing website?
Yes. I integrate Circle with Wix, WordPress, Squarespace and most other site builders, and set up your custom domain so members stay inside your brand instead of landing on a generic URL.
How long does the build take?
Most builds finish in 5 to 10 days, depending on scope and how quickly I get access and content. I confirm a timeline before starting and update you at each stage, so you're never wondering where things stand.
What do you need from me to begin?
Admin access to Circle, your logo and brand colours, your course files, domain details, and a short note on who your members are. I'll send a single intake form so nothing gets lost in messages.
Can you move my community from another platform?
Yes. I rebuild your structure in Circle, move courses and content across, and set up an invite flow so members actually follow. Quoted separately based on member count and content volume.
Can you set up payments and subscriptions?
Yes. Free and paid tiers, paywalls, Stripe, trials and coupon codes are all part of the build. I'll also connect your CRM or email tool so purchases and access stay in sync.
Will members actually engage?
I build the systems that drive it: a clear entry point, onboarding prompts, events and a posting rhythm. The structure carries a lot of it, but you still need to show up. I'll hand you a plan for what to post and when.
What happens after delivery?
You get a video walkthrough of your finished build plus written notes, so you or your team can run it without me. If something I configured breaks, I fix it.
