FAQ
1. Can you fix emails going to spam?
I can diagnose authentication and DNS-related causes. However, inbox placement also depends on domain reputation, sending behaviour and other factors, so it cannot be guaranteed.
2. Can you configure SPF, DKIM and DMARC?
Yes. I can configure, correct and verify all three for your domain.
3. Why does it take at least 2 days to deliver a project?
Email authentication changes need to be properly checked and verified after DNS updates. DNS propagation and authentication checks can take time, so I allow enough time to make the changes, verify them, and avoid rushing an incomplete configuration.
4. Will there be any downtime with my email?
Normally, no. SPF, DKIM and DMARC changes are designed to be made without interrupting your existing email service. I take care to avoid changes that could unnecessarily disrupt mail flow.
5. Do you work with Cloudflare DNS?
Yes. I can configure and troubleshoot DNS authentication records through Cloudflare and other DNS providers.
6. Can you remove my domain from a blacklist?
Blacklist remediation is outside the standard scope of this Gig. Contact me first if blacklist or reputation issues are involved.
7. How many domains are included?
The packages cover one domain per order. Contact me if you need multiple domains configured.
8. Do you support Google Workspace and Microsoft 365?
Yes. I can troubleshoot email authentication for Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and other common providers.
