I write you an ffmpeg script that runs the whole folder: convert, resize, trim, add a watermark, normalize audio, strip metadata, whatever the job is. You run it once and go make coffee.

You get the script, a plain-English readme with the exact command to type, and a short run on your own sample files so you can see it works before you trust it with the whole batch.

I have built this for real work: a client sends recordings, my pipeline marks them up and stitches them, hundreds of files a week, unattended.

Not included: manual editing, color grading, subtitles written by hand, buying software licences, work on files I cannot run locally.
