A Personal Story:
Last October, my wife was laid off from Oracle. I rebuilt her resume, and by December, she landed a new role with a raise.

FAQ
Did you actually go to Harvard?
Yes, I did indeed graduate from Harvard University. Fiverr headquarters has a copy of my diploma to ensure the authenticity of my credentials, in addition to being able to verify through Harvard's Alumni Office.
What is ATS and why is it important?
ATS (applicant tracking system) is a crucial component of your job application journey. These systems determine your strength as a candidate through scanning your resume for key words and phrases. All the work I do for you is optimized for ATS, as my goal is to get you to the interview round!
What information do you require?
Once you place an order, you will be guided right away on exactly what information I need from your side, depending on what services you are looking for. Alternatively, you can send me a message anytime with your needs, and I can let you know exactly what to send so we can get started.
What if I don't have a resume?
No problem! Please contact me for the client questionnaire to get started.
Do you have hidden fees?
No. Unlike other sellers who have hidden fees, the prices you see on my gigs are the prices you pay. There are no surprises. All prices are listed on each gig with additional fees (listed clearly) for longer resumes, or faster delivery times for example. If you have questions, send me a message!
I need my resume fast!
This is the gig for you then! This is a 12-hour service, but you must contact me first as 12-hour orders that come in after hours, or during a weekend may require a slight delivery time adjustment.
Is my information confidential?
Client confidentiality is of utmost importance to me. Unlike other resume writers who farm out their work to third-parties, I do all work in-house, and therefore, your information stays between me and you. I go so far as not to share samples of my work to support my commitment to confidentiality.
Do you work with executives?
Yes. I work frequently with C-level executives, VPs, AVPs, and management of all levels. As every client is unique, feel free to contact me anytime if you have specific questions about your situation or how we can work together.
I have a niche background. Can you work with me?
Every client is unique, and I will be happy to discuss your background so that we can make a plan to move forward. In a given day, I may work with a chemical engineer, a UX/UI designer, a marketing executive, a firefighter, a lawyer, a new graduate, someone transitioning careers completely, etc...
How long should my resume be?
I've had customers be very successful with one and two page resumes--so the length really depends on the individual--there is no hard and fast industry rule about this. Often, customers feel they need one page, when really they should have two pages to showcase their impressive history for HR/ATS.
