FAQ
What is a graphic element?
Something you want drawn in the logo e.g.: a feather, a leaf, a flower etc. A full body animal or full body human can count as standard or sophisticated depending on the artistic style in which you want it to be drawn. For inherently complex elements such as these please contact me before buying.
What does a revision include?
A revision includes adjustments of the current design such as color, fonts corrections or rearrangements of the existing elements. A revision does not include new drawings or redesign of the logo from a scratch.
What is the vector file?
The vector file is the format of the resizable logo so that when you resize it doesn't get distorted or lose quality. If you need to print the logo on large surfaces or on merchandize such as t-shirts, mugs and so on it is recommended to buy the vector file.
What is included in the social media kit?
The social media kit includes ready to use covers, banners, posts for any social media platform you use. These are all derivatives of the main logo. Each kit includes up to 5 banners.
What is included in the stationary?
The stationary includes a 2 sided business card and a letterhead. It is delivered in ready to print pdf files.
Can we clarify requirements in a call?
All communication must be in written form and through Fiverr. This ensures there's a clear record of everything discussed and agreed upon, which helps me stay aligned with your requirements while working on the logo, and also protects you by making sure everything is traceable.
Do you create replicas of existing logos? Do you edit existing designs?
I do not recreate existing logos or artwork. I also do not revise or edit existing designs. As part of this gig I only do new designs from scratch
Do you create logos with Arabic, Sanskrit, or other non Latin lettering?
I use only Latin alphabet because I'm not trained in the structure and stylistic rules of other writing systems, and I want to ensure accuracy and quality in every design.
What if after your delivery I change my mind and want something else drawn completely?
In that case you will have to buy an additional concept. The cost for the new concept will depend on what you want drawn instead. As long as you acknowledge the gig description I will do my best to help you in every way I can to keep additional costs to a minimum.
