What did your Spouse, Lover, Boss, or employee, talk about to the stranger in the video?   I review all types of video clip recordings.  I read the Lips of the persons conversing and tell you what was said.   I have 38 yrs of Lip Reading Experience.   If you plan on recording a clip to send me,  Videos need to zoom in on faces of target for best results. Time it takes to review video and type up the conversation varies on a case to case basis.  Some people have facial hair or if they are from England or the UK, sometimes they tend not to move their upper Lip as much as regular Americans, so it takes longer to get the conversation right. Depending on the length of the clip,  sometimes it takes longer on certain jobs than it does on others.  The better the clips quality is, the better the entire process goes.  But just because the clip may look bad to you, that does not necessarily mean I cant edit it and review it enough to give you most of what was said to each other on film to understand the nature of their conversation.
