What if I run out of revisions?
You can always purchase another revision if needed from the additional services menu. If you anticipate needing more revisions please reach out in advance as each additional revision may delay the completion of the project.
What if I need my book to be completed sooner than the time shown on the package?
If you need a faster turnaround time for your project please reach out in advance and select one of the expedited options from the additional services menu. if you find the turnaround time is still not soon enough, send a message containing a due date and a price will be given to you accordingly.
What if I change my mind or don't like the book?
All sales are final once agreed upon, HOWEVER revisions are included to help you achieve the end result you desire. It is recommended that you fill out the project form thoroughly in order to avoid delays or unsatisfied expectations.
Do you offer discounts for multiple jobs?
Yes! If you need more than one project please let me know via the message center and we can negotiate a custom offer.
Is there ever a chance that my book will be late?
Rest assured every effort is made to have the book ready in the allotted time. I work diligently from day one to have it ready and don't stop until it is completed. In the rare situation a delay may occur you will be notified prior and entitled to at least a partial refund.
Can I contact you after the initial contract is finished about the book?
If you find that in the future after the book is completed you require my assistance with it in anyway, a new agreement will be made for additional services at my discretion with pricing options.
