What's the difference between the packages?
BASIC is for ONE MEP system only (choose HVAC, Plumbing, Fire, or Electrical). STANDARD includes all 4 MEP systems coordinated together. PREMIUM adds full coordination with Architecture and Structure models plus construction-ready shop drawings.
Do you provide revisions?
Yes! Each package includes 3 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions are available at a small extra cost.
What does "coordination with ARC/STR" mean in the Premium package?
It means I clash-check your MEP systems against your Architectural (walls, ceilings, doors) and Structural (beams, columns, slabs) models using Navisworks. This ensures zero conflicts—ducts won't hit beams, pipes won't clash with walls. You get a 100% clash-free, construction-ready model.
Can I get just clash detection for my existing model?
Yes! If you already have MEP models, I can perform clash detection and provide a detailed clash report with resolution recommendations. Contact me for a custom offer—typical pricing is $50-$150 depending on model complexity.
Do you provide training or support after delivery?
Yes! All packages include a handover session (via video call or recorded walkthrough) explaining the model structure. For Premium packages, I provide 30 days of post-delivery support for questions about the model.
