What information and files do you need to start with the renderings?
Any and all graphic information that helps to understand the project like plans, section cuts, elevations, sketches, images, etc. Also a specification of materials, colors, vegetation, furniture, as well as any other detail that you consider relevant to your project.
Which softwares do you use?
I use a few softwares, but mostly AutoCAD, Sketchup, 3D Studio Max, Corona Renderer and Photoshop
I already have the 3D model, do you have any requirements?
Not necessary, no. But it can be helpful if the materials are identified with different colors or textures in the model.
