Do I need my own Kajabi account?
Yes. You need your own Kajabi account. I build inside it, so you own everything. No account yet? Sign up first, then message me. If your plan limits helpers, message me before you order.
Do you need my password?
No. Never share your password with anyone. Give me helper access inside Kajabi instead. You can take that access away any time.
Can you connect my payments, like Stripe or PayPal?
Yes, in the Standard and Premium packages. You need your own Stripe or PayPal account. I connect it to Kajabi. I will never ask for your bank login.
How long will it take?
Basic takes about 3 days. Standard takes about 7 days. Premium takes about 12 days. The clock starts when I have your files and access. Late files mean a later finish.
How do I know it works before my students see it?
I test it like a student would. I check links, logins, lessons, the payment page, welcome emails and phone view. Then I send you a short list of what I checked.
Can I ask for changes?
Yes. Every package has changes built in: 2 for Basic, 3 for Standard and 4 for Premium. Tell me clearly what you want changed. Big new ideas may need an extra.
Do you write my content, emails or edit my videos?
Not unless we agree first. My job is setting everything up in Kajabi. If you want writing or video help, message me before you order so I can give you a clear price.
Can you move my course from another site?
Yes, as an extra. This works for sites like Teachable or Thinkific. Message me before you order so I can check how big it is and give you the right price.
What if something breaks after I launch?
If something I built does not work the way we agreed, I will fix it. Premium also has 14 days of help after launch. For small new jobs, message me for an extra.
Will this get me sales?
I cannot promise sales. I set it up and test it so you are ready to sell. Sales depend on your offer and how you tell people about it.
