Do I need to already have a logo?
No. The Basic package is for people who already have one and need the system around it. Standard and Premium include full logo design from scratch.
Do you use AI to generate the logo?
No. Every logo and brand element is designed by hand in Adobe. AI generated marks cannot be trademarked reliably and they rarely hold up across sizes and formats.
How many logo concepts do I get?
Standard includes one developed direction, Premium includes two. Additional concepts can be added as an extra. One strong direction, refined properly, beats three rushed options.
What files will I receive?
Print and web ready files in PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF and EPS, plus your brand book as a PDF. Editable source files are available on request.
Can you redesign my existing brand?
Yes. I can modernise what you have while keeping what people already recognise, or rebuild it completely if the current identity is holding you back.
How long does a brand identity take?
10 days for Basic, 14 for Standard and 21 for Premium. Rush delivery is available as an extra if you have a launch date.
What do you need from me to start?
Your business, your audience, what you sell and any brands whose look you admire. If you have an existing logo or assets, send those too. It all goes in the requirements form.
How do revisions work?
Basic includes 2 rounds, Standard 3 and Premium 4. Send all your feedback together in one message per round so nothing gets lost and we can move quickly.
Do you design packaging, business cards or social templates?
Yes, all available as extras. Packaging, print ready business cards, branded social media templates and profile refreshes can be added to any package.
Do you work with my industry?
Yes. I've built identities for fashion, food and drink, beauty, fitness, e-commerce, real estate and personal brands. Each one starts with research into that specific market.
