What kind of video should I send?
Please send a clear video of you running from the side view if possible. Front and rear angles are also very helpful for a more complete analysis. Outdoor or treadmill videos both work.
How long should the running video be?
Up to a minute is enough, and try to include multiple paces in your video if possible.
