FAQ
What information will you need from me?
You will complete an intake questionnaire and provide relevant information about the process or business area being reviewed. Depending on the package, I may also request sample forms, workflow documents, screenshots, or system information.
Do you implement the recommendations?
Implementation is not included in this Gig. This service provides an assessment, findings, and recommendations based on the selected package. If you need SOP development, system setup, workflow implementation, or automation, we can discuss a separate project after the assessment.
What does one business area mean?
One business area is a defined operational function, such as client onboarding, scheduling, service delivery, invoicing, CRM organization, or internal task management. Multiple unrelated functions may require a larger package.
Will you need access to my business systems?
Not always. Many assessments can be completed using an intake questionnaire, documents, screenshots, and a consultation. If system access would materially improve the review, we will discuss the safest appropriate option before access is provided.
Should I contact you before placing an order?
Yes. Please message me first with a brief description of your business, the process or business area you want reviewed, and the problem you are experiencing. This helps confirm the correct package and prevents scope misunderstandings.
