I will change the background and create a composite in photoshop

No composite is guaranteed to look 100% realistic. Results depend on the picture provided having been taken at the exact same lighting conditions as the background's, as well as the same angle. Different focal distances and depth of fields also affect the final result.

Have in mind that just like DVD covers, they will never look 100% real but they will sure provide a cool visual experience for the viewers. We editors do what is humanely possible to get good results for you with the photos you provide us.
