FAQ
Do you offer support after delivery?
To some extent, yes. That said, I cannot guarantee I can provide answers or revisions without being worked into my current schedule.
Do you work alone, or do you have a staff?
It's just me! While I try to answer all questions immediately, I also try to minimize alerts while I'm working so I'm able to provide the best and quickest final result for customers.
What do I need to get started?
It varies from client to client, but it's not uncommon to need the following: -contact info: this is strictly so I can complete your design, or be added as a contributor -Website copy -Images -Design or site inspiration
What if I see something I want changed after we close the gig?
I can usually fix minor adjustments (text you want to reword, etc.), but this could also result in placing a new order.
Do I need a logo to get started?
No! While that's helpful, I can also design a basic logo for you and add that into the cost of the project.
I don't have photos of the items I would like to include in my e-commerce site. What should I do?
Although not recommended, we can either use a generic "Image Coming Soon," or a royalty-free image of the general product type.
Will I know how to maintain my site after completion?
For the most part, all of these platforms are meant to be updated and although I feel like Squarespace does the best job of this, they are fairly intuitive. It might take some practice, like any learning anything will, but yes, you should be able to maintain the site after completion.
Do my pages contain SEO?
Yes! I will include basic SEO. For more extensive SEO, please message me.
Do you accept tips for a job well done?
Absolutely - I am thrilled when clients are happy enough with the product delivered to tip! Along with 20% of fees, Fiverr does keep 20% of creator's tips as well.
Will my site be ADA compliant when finished?
To some extent yes. That said, to complete the ADA compliance will be an additional fee.
