Reiki is an ancient Japanese technique that promotes healing, relaxation, and stress relief; physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. This can be done in person or as a distance healing.

I am a Reiki II Practitioner, trained in traditional Usui Reiki. I send healing energies through distance, time, and space for the Highest and Best intention of Light. I use a combination of energy, sound (crystal singing bowl), and crystal healing in my reiki practice.
