FAQ
Are your plans stamped or sealed?
A: Plans are drafted by me and are not stamped by default. If your jurisdiction requires a licensed engineer or architect seal, I can coordinate stamping through a licensed Georgia professional as a separate paid extra, quoted before you order.
Will the plans pass my local permit review?
A: I draft to common residential standards and your local requirements, but approval depends on your jurisdiction and cannot be guaranteed. Please tell me your county or city so I can ask about local rules.
What do you need from me to start?
A: A sketch or description, approximate dimensions, number of bedrooms and baths, your county, and any lot or zoning constraints you already know. A survey or site plan helps if you have one.
Do you include a site plan?
A: Not in the standard packages, because it needs a survey and local setback information. I can quote it as an extra.
What are the structural drawings?
A: In the Premium package, I draft foundation, floor framing and roof framing plans. These show the layout and are intended for your engineer or plan reviewer to check. They are not an engineered design unless a licensed engineer stamps them.
What software and file formats do you use?

Is energy code compliance included?
