What social media platforms do you manage?
I can manage content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Threads, X, and YouTube. The number of platforms included depends on your chosen package. Please message me before ordering so we can discuss which platforms are suitable for your business.
Do you create the social media content yourself?
Yes! I'm a professional copywriter and content creator with over 15 years of experience. I'll create engaging captions, branded graphics, reels, and platform-specific content tailored to your business, audience, and goals.
Does one post count as multiple posts if published on different platforms?
No. Each post refers to one original piece of content, which can be adapted and published across the platforms included in your package. For example, 12 posts across four platforms means 12 original pieces of content distributed across those platforms.
Do I need to provide images, videos, or branding materials?
Please provide your logo, brand guidelines, existing images, videos, and any other relevant materials. I can also create branded graphics and use suitable stock imagery where appropriate. Original photography, filming, and advanced video production are not included.
Will I be able to approve the content before it's published?
Absolutely! I'll prepare your content for review and approval before scheduling it. Your package includes a specified number of revision rounds, allowing us to make adjustments before publication. Timely feedback helps keep your monthly posting schedule on track.
Can you guarantee more followers, engagement, or viral content?
While I've achieved over 14 million views on one of my own original reels, every account & audience is different. I cannot guarantee specific follower counts, engagement rates, sales, or viral results. My focus is engaging, audience-focused content & maintaining a consistent presence for you.
Does your service include responding to comments and messages?
Community management, including responding to comments, direct messages, and customer enquiries, is not included in my standard packages. If you require these services, please message me so we can discuss your requirements and arrange a custom offer.
Can I hire you for ongoing monthly social media management?
Of course! My packages cover 4 weeks of social media management, and I offer ongoing monthly services. You can choose a Fiverr subscription or arrange recurring orders. Please message me before ordering so we can discuss your business goals, content requirements, and preferred platforms.
