How does the revision process work?
I'll send you a preview render before the final delivery. Revisions are based on the original brief (major scope changes may require an additional charge).
Can you match a specific visual style or competitor's video?
Yes, I can use reference videos as a style guide. Just share the link or file when placing your order.
Do I need to provide a 3D model file?
Not necessarily. If you already have a 3D file (OBJ, FBX, STL, BLEND), I can work with it directly. If not, I can build the model from scratch. Just select the 3D Modeling add-on or choose the Premium package.
What files do I need to send you to get started?
Product photos or references from multiple angles, your brand colors/logo, and a brief description of the mood or style you're going for. The more reference you provide, the better the result.
What is the output format?
Default delivery is MP4 (H.264), Full HD 1080p. If you need a different format or resolution, let me know in advance.
Can you add music or sound effects?
I can sync the animation to a music track you provide. For licensed music, I recommend using royalty-free sources like Epidemic Sound or Artlist.
Do you work with physical product samples?
My workflow is fully digital. I work from references, photos, or existing 3D files. No physical samples needed.
