Yes. The Gig supports website, Telegram, and WhatsApp chatbots. WhatsApp requires an appropriate business account and API access.
Can the bot transfer a conversation to a real person?
Yes. It can capture the relevant details and notify your team through email, Telegram, a CRM, or another agreed tool.
Are AI-model, hosting, and third-party subscription fees included?
No. API usage, hosting, and paid services are billed by their providers. I will identify any expected external costs before implementation.
What do you need before starting?
