About this gig
Track your business equipment in a web app connected to Google Sheets. Register assets, search records, and see each item's status and responsible person.
I have built internal inventory tools with asset records, assignments, equipment details, and project views. This Gig offers a smaller solution tailored to one agreed inventory workflow.
Basic: registration, searchable list, status and assignee fields.
Standard: Basic plus category/status filters, activity log and CSV export.
Premium: Standard plus a summary dashboard and one agreed email notification workflow.
All packages include responsive design, source code, sample data and written setup instructions. We agree on fields, workflow and deployment before development.
Microsoft 365 sign-in, user roles, external integrations, invoice OCR, bulk migration, paid hosting and native mobile apps require a separate quote. An assignee field does not include individual user accounts.

I build equipment inventory web apps and internal workflows using Google Apps Script and Google Sheets. My internal projects include asset records, equipment assignments, searchable inventories, asset details and project views. My IT infrastructure background helps me understand how teams use these tools. We agree on workflow, fields and deliverables before development. I coordinate requirements and progress through Fiverr messages. Spanish is my primary working language. I also build WhatsApp catalog assistant prototypes with contextual FAQs, product images/video and advisor handoff.

What do you need from me to start?
Your inventory workflow, asset fields, categories, statuses and 3-5 fictional sample records. We also confirm deployment and who will use the app before development. Do not send passwords or confidential records.
Does this include data migration or integrations?
External integrations and bulk migration are not included. Premium includes one agreed email notification workflow. Microsoft 365 sign-in, user roles, invoice OCR and migration require a separate scope and quote.
Can we work without a video call?
Yes. Requirements, progress updates and delivery can be coordinated through Fiverr messages. Spanish is my primary working language.
What's the difference between the packages?
Basic includes registration, search, status and assignee fields. Standard adds filters, activity log and CSV export. Premium adds a summary dashboard and one agreed email notification workflow. Each package covers one agreed inventory workflow.
What do the page counts and delivery include?
Before ordering, we agree which screens or views count toward the package page limit and how the app will be deployed. Delivery includes source code, sample data and written setup instructions. Any installation in your Google account is agreed in advance; do not send passwords.
What do revisions and post-delivery support cover?
Revisions cover adjustments within the agreed inventory workflow and package scope. New screens, workflows or integrations require a separate quote. We agree how revisions are grouped, acceptance criteria, and any post-delivery support scope, duration and cost before ordering.
