Which integration methods do you support?
I prepare data for the zDirect UI (for ZFS partners) and for third-party integrators. I don't build custom API connections.
How long does the whole onboarding take?
My work follows the delivery time of your package. Zalando's own review and validation times are separate and vary.
Which file formats can you work with?
Excel, CSV, or an export from your ERP or online shop. Include as many product details as you can.
Can you set up more than one country?
Yes. Each country is set up separately, and you can add extra markets through the gig extras.
What if Zalando rejects some of my articles?
