FAQ
What do I need to get started?
Send me a vector file of your logo (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG), if not available, I can vectorize it for an additional fee.
What if I don't have time to write a script for the animation?
I will create a full premium animation based on my vision that matches your brand identity.
How many revisions do you offer?
I include 2 revision rounds to ensure the final animation perfectly matches your vision. Before starting, I carefully analyze your requirements and references, which helps minimize unnecessary changes and keeps the production process efficient. Additional revisions can be requested if needed.
Do you do an intro or an outro?
Yes, of course, just contact me to discuss the details.
Do you select music and sound design?
Yes, I do this in the standard and premium packages, but if you have your own music, I will be happy to use it.
What are the options for placing an order?
Option 1 — Ready to get started? Simply place your order, send me your logo and any project details, and I'll begin working on your custom animation right away. Option 2 — Need to discuss the project first? Feel free to message me before ordering.
Do you provide a Lottie file for website use?
Yes — if you need a lightweight, web-optimized animation for your site, I can deliver a Lottie (JSON) file in addition to the video version.
